Before starting an advanced transfer, select the relevant company and click “+ New event.”
Step 1 – Choose the Date
Select the date the transfer is to be recorded in the share ledger.
Events must be entered in strict chronological order; you cannot back‑date an advanced transfer to a date earlier than the latest event already registered.
Step 2 – Select the Share Class
Choose which share class will be transferred by using the drop‑down menu.
An advanced transfer can include only one share class at a time.
Step 3 – Distribution Method
Select how the shares will be distributed:
Manual – the most common choice, or
Pro rata – allocation proportional to current holdings.
Step 4 – Specify the Number of Shares
Enter how many shares each seller is transferring. You cannot transfer more shares than any seller owns.
NVR automatically selects the share numbers; you cannot choose certificate numbers in an advanced transfer.
If exact numbering matters, use the simple transfer workflow instead. If many sellers transfer to many buyers, NVR will automatically match sellers to buyers.
If you must control that matching, use the simple transfer instead.
Step 5 – Add Buyers
A buyer may be an existing shareholder (select from the list or search by name/ID) or a new owner (click “New buyer”).
For new buyers provide:
Type – individual or organisation
Nationality
Swedish personal / organisation number or another ID number
If a Swedish ID is supplied, click “Fetch information” to auto‑fill name, address, and other available data (e.g., from Bolagsverket or the SPAR registry).
If data cannot be fetched, enter at least the buyer’s name and address, and ideally an email address.
For a minor, you can record a guardian’s details.
Step 6 – Add a Note (Optional)
Use the note field for reminders or context. Notes do not appear in printed ledgers; they are visible only to administrators/observers under Share‑ledger events → More info.
Step 7 – Upload an Attachment (Optional)
Attach files—e.g., a transaction note or transfer instructions. Attachments do not appear in printed ledgers; they are visible only to administrators/observers under Share‑ledger events → More info.
Step 8 – Finalise the Advanced Transfer
Click “Complete.” If all data are correct, each transfer is registered separately, and the share ledger and all reports are updated automatically.
If any buyer or seller has an NVR depot, they will be notified of the change and can log in to review the updated information.
These notifications help both administrators and owners by providing a chance to correct any errors and by enhancing transparency.
Your advanced share transfer is now fully registered in NVR.
