The Overview Page provides you with a clear and consolidated picture of your company’s ownership structure and key data. Here, you can analyze ownership, track developments over time, and prepare material for decision-making and communication.
How to use the overview page
When you open the Overview Page, you’ll find several sections with different types of information and analysis. Here, you can filter, explore, and download data to get insights tailored to your needs.
Navigate with Filters
In the header, you’ll find a filter that allows you to switch between three main categories of data:
Equity Data – Overview of company valuation, funding rounds, share classes, and company information.
Ownership Data – Details on ownership categories, largest shareholders, and the beneficial owner.
Derivative Data – Information on options, incentive programs, and other derivatives (available for Pro users).
Use the filter to quickly focus on the specific information you want to see, without needing to scroll.
Sections and Charts
On the page, you will find the following:
Company Valuation and Funding Rounds
The chart provides a clear overview of the company’s valuation over time. Here, you can track developments such as venture capital investments, share issues, and other valuation-affecting events.
The chart shows the company’s post-money valuation at each relevant event.
The table below the chart shows both post-money and pre-money values, giving you a more complete picture when used together.
For the chart to display correct valuations, share issues and similar events must be priced in NVR. If valuation data is missing for an event, a message will appear instead explaining this.
Share Class Distribution and Details
Want to quickly see which types of shares exist in the company? The Share Class Details table provides a detailed list of each share class and its properties. The Share Class Distribution chart shows the same information visually, giving you a quick overall view.
Together, the table and chart provide both depth and overview of the company’s share structure.
Company Data
Compare key company details such as number of shares, share capital, and other registered information between NVR and the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). The table makes it easy to identify discrepancies and ensure that information is correct and up to date in both registers.
Beneficial Owner
Displays who is registered as the beneficial owner with Bolagsverket – that is, the individual(s) who ultimately control the company. This gives you a quick check of registered information and helps ensure the data is accurate and updated.
Owners
A view that combines a pie chart showing how ownership is distributed across categories – for example, investors, employees, and other types of shareholders – with a table listing the largest shareholders by name. Together, these provide a clear picture of both the ownership structure at an aggregated level and who the largest shareholders are.
Dilution Scenarios per Program (Pro only)
For those managing the company’s options or other incentive programs in NVR, this view provides:
Total potential dilution per program
Dilution from issued derivatives only
Combined impact on the company’s entire ownership structure
With this function, you can quickly prepare decision-making material, update the board, or communicate internally about how different programs affect ownership – both as of today and at full exercise.
Download and Share Data
All sections of the Overview Page can be downloaded, but in different formats depending on content type:
Charts and graphs: Download as an image file – perfect for presentations and reports.
Tables and raw data: Download as a CSV file – easy to further analyze in Excel or other tools.
