To quickly get an overview of the company’s ownership, NVR offers a built-in report you can access in just a few clicks.
Go to “Shareholders”
Once logged in to your company, click “Shareholders” in the left-hand menu to open your shareholder overview.
Sort by groups, share class, or individual shareholder.
Filter by date to see ownership at a specific point in time.
To export a share owner report, click download and choose format
Reports
To view more reports connected to the ownership, click “Reports” and select among the reports.

Share owner holdings Report
Export a PDF showing the shareholdings for one or multiple shareholders, including all related share ledger entries.
Dynamic Shareholder Report
Export an Excel file where you can choose which data categories to include, such as:Owner details
Bank accounts
Share depot
Contact/guardian
Share information
Holdings broken down by share block
Small Shareholder Report
A concise PDF containing company details (board, company name, management), a shareholder summary, capital changes, and a table of contents.Large Shareholder Report
A more comprehensive PDF that includes everything in the Small Report plus the full share ledger.
How to download a report?
Click the download icon (the downward-pointing arrow) on the right side of the report menu.
