NVR offers all its paying customers the option to print an Share owner holdings Report instead of a physical share certificate. Like a share certificate, it is a paper document that summarizes all of a shareholder’s holdings in the company—but, unlike a share certificate, it is not a negotiable security.

This means that if a shareholder loses or misplaces their Ownership Report, the company can easily generate a new one. This report is especially valued by companies whose shareholders are other corporate entities, as they often require documentation for their own accounting purposes. You can find it under the “Reports” section in the platform.
