With Investor selations, you as an administrator can give shareholders access to their custody account in NVR. The custody account is a view where each person can see their holdings and follow changes relating to their shares or options. See frequently asked questions and answers about investor relations here.

Activate Investor relations

The first thing you need to do as an administrator is to activate the shareholder account. Go to Investor relations in the left-hand menu and click on Activate.

Please note! When you activate Investor relations, all owners who already have an account registered with NVR are automatically granted access to the custody account. As an administrator, you cannot see which individuals already have access to their custody account.

Invite shareholders

To make it easy for owners to access their information, you can enable automatic invitations. You do this by selecting Activate automatic invitations. When this feature is enabled, personal invitations are sent to registered shareholders.

They will then be able to create a free account on NVR and log in to:

  • view their current holdings,

  • follow events related to their ownership, and

  • stay up to date on any changes.

If there are shareholders who do not have an email address, you can easily add it.

Shareholders who have access to the custody account have access to:

  • The companies they own shares in

  • The type of shares they own

  • Their ownership percentage

  • Their voting rights

  • The number of shares they hold

  • The latest events related to their ownership
