How do I add users to the group account and what permissions do they have?

Just like a regular subscription, there are two types of users. However, instead of Administrator and Observer, group accounts have the following roles:

  • Administrator

  • Member

Both roles have the rights to view and edit all share ledgers under the group account.

Administrator

An administrator has full permissions, including the ability to invite new members/administrators and to edit and add information regarding payment methods, billing details, etc. An administrator can also remove companies from the group account by clicking the three dots to the right of the company in the overview of linked companies.

Member

A member, like an administrator, has access to all share ledgers in the group account and has the right to edit and add new events in each share ledger. However, they cannot make changes to the group account itself or invite new users to the group account.

Note: For individual subscriptions (not group accounts), you instead add new users in the settings for the specific company, where you choose between Administrator or Observer. Read more about group account users [here].

How do I add a new user?

  1. On the homepage with the overview of linked companies, there are three other tabs at the top right: Settings, Services, and Help. Click on "Settings".

2. Once inside Settings, click on the "Users" tab.

3. Click "Invite".

4. First, you need to enter the personal ID number. If the person is Swedish, click "Fetch Information", and the relevant information under "Other Information" will be filled in automatically. If the person has a different nationality, you need to enter their ID/personal number under the "Other Identification" field and manually fill in details such as first name, last name, etc.

Also add the new user's email and choose what role the person should have.

5. Then click "Save".
