What is “Investor Relations”?
In the "Investor Relations" tab, as the administrator of the share ledger, you open up the custody account. This is a feature highly appreciated by shareholders as it allows them to easily view their holdings simply by logging in to NVR.
To make the holdings more accessible to your shareholders, all you need to do is activate automatic invitations by clicking the blue button. Shareholders will then receive a personal invitation and can create a free account on NVR where they can view their shares in your company.
There, they can also follow current events related to their ownership.
What exactly can our shareholders see?
The companies they own shares in
The type of shares they own
Their ownership percentage
Their voting rights
The number of shares they hold
The latest events related to their ownership
Why didn’t all shareholders receive an invitation?
Make sure that the email addresses for all shareholders are correctly registered.
If any shareholders are missing email addresses, you will see a purple banner at the top of the page prompting you to add email addresses before activating the custody account.
How do I add an email address?
In the same banner, you can add email addresses by clicking "Update".
Then simply enter the email addresses.
How do I edit email addresses?
Go to the "Shareholders" tab in the menu
Click the three dots to the right
Select "Edit shareholder"
Enter the email address in the "Email" field
Click "Save"
Why can't a shareholder see their private ownership?
If someone cannot view their private ownership, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The company the shareholder owns shares in does not have its share ledger managed in NVR
You, as the administrator, have not enabled the shareholding depot (Investor Relations)
The administrator got your email or your personal ID wrong
Why can't I see my company-based ownership?
For security reasons, this requires a few extra steps to ensure that no unauthorized person can access a company’s unlisted shareholdings. Only official company representatives, board members or the CEO are allowed to view ownership from a company perspective.
At the moment, there’s no way to grant power of attorney for this access, but we are working on a solution.
If you can’t see your company-based ownership, it may be because:
You haven’t added your company yet. First, you need to add it to the depot by clicking "Add company" below your private ownership.
(Note: This connection is not the same as creating a company share ledger.)
It’s not a Swedish company. Ownership via companies registered outside of Sweden cannot currently be viewed
You must be a board member or CEO of the company whose ownership you wish to see
