Basic
When you register your company, you are automatically placed on the Basic plan — the free version of NVR. It includes all the essentials needed to manage a simple share ledger.
Features included in Basic:
Share ledger and legal compliance according to the Swedish Companies Act (ABL)
Export share ledger with watermark
Investor relations
Transaction prices and price per share
Automatic syncing from the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket)
Automatic syncing from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket)
Support with longer response times
If you're unsure whether you're on the Basic plan, you can check in Settings or look for the pink banner in the overview view:
"The overview page is limited. To access full statistics and insights, a paid subscription is required."
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Log in to your company account
Go to Settings
Click on "Plan"
From here, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro
To choose Starter, click "Switch to Starter" and follow the instructions.
To choose Pro, click "Contact Us", and someone from the NVR team will follow up via chat as soon as possible.
